I use this daily, both pre and post workout. The fragrance is a bit strong but pleasant. I like the warming effect and spreadability of the product. The tube is also very travel friendly.

This product works okay. About as well as any other homeopathic muscle balm. However it smells terrible. I have been using it on my shoulders and I don't know if I can anymore because the smell is overwhelming. From past experience, I realize this is just the mix of the base oils and butters but... yuck.
