Where can I buy Camille Beckman?

Are your products gluten free?

Yes.  All products produced after January 1st, 2013 are considered gluten free.  If your batch code is dated before this time, we cannot guarantee the gluten free status of the product. 

Does Camille Beckman test on animals?

We never have, and never will, use animals in our product testing process.

How can I tell you about my idea for a new fragrance or product?

What ingredients do you use and avoid?

All Camille Beckman are paraben and phthalate free.  Ingredients are an important part of the Camille Beckman experience. We purchase all ingredients through credible sources, ensuring ultimate control over quality and origin.  We go the extra mile to ensure the glycerin we use, our favorite ingredient, is certified vegetable derived and kosher. The cocoa butter used in our lip balms is only of fair trade origin.  All oils, extracts and proprietary blends used are always derived from the highest quality of sources. 

 Can I return my Camille Beckman purchase?

We want you to LOVE being a part of Camille Beckman. We guarantee the quality of all products for 12 months and offer a 14 day exchange opportunity on non discontinued unopened products we sell.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an error on our end or product quality, we are happy to exchange your purchase or refund your credit card. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipment. 

To process your return, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-433-0060 or giftshop@camillebeckman.com. Our team is available Monday through Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm MST. We welcome the opportunity to find a better match for your unique needs or to arrange for a stress-free exchange, credit or refund. 

Once we have received the returned product, you will receive an email (if one is on your account) about the refund.  Please allow 48 hours to process the return and 3-5 business days to see it on your bank card. 

Returns are not available on gift cards.

Refunds, exchanges and store credit are available only for purchases made through camillebeckman.com.

Discontinued products cannot be returned. 

Because we are a small family owned company and to help keep prices down for all of our customers, we are unable to pay for return shipping on products for credit/exchange.  Actual shipping cost for original order will be deducted for returned products for credit.  Products also must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
