How do I use my points?

Sign in, open the Rewards panel and choose a reward. You'll get a one-time code to use at checkout. Rewards start at 100 points for $3 off.

Is there a minimum order to use a reward?

Yes. $3 off, $5 off and percent-off rewards need an order of $25 or more. $10 off needs $35 or more, $20 off needs $60 or more, and $25 off needs $75 or more.

Can I combine rewards with other discounts?

Money-off and percent-off rewards work with free shipping offers, but can't be combined with other discount codes or with each other. Reward codes are tied to your account, so sign in before you check out.

Do my points expire?

Points expire after 12 months with no activity on your account. Earning or redeeming points keeps your balance active.

How do VIP tiers work?

The more you shop, the higher your tier, and the more points you earn on every $1. You can see your current tier and progress anytime in the Rewards panel.

How does Refer a Friend work?

Share your referral link. Your friend gets $10 off their first order of $20 or more, and once they buy, you get $10 off your next order of $35 or more.
