How do Camille Beckman Subscriptions work?
You can choose your delivery frequency: 30 days, 60 days or 90 days. When you subscribe to a product, you will receive 10% off your first order and every recurring order. You'll receive 15% off your 3rd order. You will be automatically billed on your set subscription date and the product will be delivered to you at the interval of your choosing (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can change, pause, skip, cancel and add new items to your subscription whenever you'd like.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription after my initial order?
Yes. You can adjust your frequency by logging into your portal. In your portal, just below the items in your subscription is a drop down menu labeled "frequency" where you can choose between 30, 60 and 90 day options.
I'm travelling. Can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely! Log into your account and select “Skip Next Order.”
Can I subscribe to all of your products?
Not every product is available for subscription. However, if there’s a product you want us to offer as a subscription, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
Can I subscribe to receive multiple Camille Beckman products at once?
As many as you want!
How can I change my payment method?
To change your payment method, log into your portal and select the "Update my info" button. Scroll down and select "Update Payment Method." Please note that if you are a Shop Pay user you will receive an email to update your payment method in Shop Pay.
