Return Policy

What is your return policy?

For all orders placed online, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on items in their original, unopened condition only. There are two exceptions to this rule:


  1. FAULTY: We provide a full refund on any faulty product or fragrance. A lab sample is kept from every batch that will ensure the quality of your product over the one year guaranteed shelf life (Although many of our products last much longer!)

  2. FIND WHAT YOU LOVE: We provide a one time exception for new and/or existing customers who purchase a new fragrance or product you don’t like; in this circumstance we will provide you a site credit for these item(s) so you can find something you truly love, and note the exchange in your customer account. This is referred to as our ‘Find what you love’ exception. 


Our return shipping is a flat $8.00 fee which will be deducted from refund upon receipt of the returned product.

How do I return an order?

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return by mail:

Call customer service at 1-800-433-0060 and tell us what item you would like to return, your order number, email address and phone number. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 8AM-4:30PM MST and Friday 8AM-3PM MST. 

You will receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid shipping label and return instructions once we approve the return request by phone.

  1. Pack the item to be returned in any box.

  2.  All returns are done through the US Postal service. Put your return in your mailbox or hand it to your mail carrier; no unnecessary trips to the UPS store for you! 

 When we receive your return, you will receive a refund notification via email and should see the funds return back to your credit card originally used within a few business days.


*** Please note: Make sure your return is dropped off and scanned within 10 days of receiving your postage label to avoid being charged and/or not receiving your refund. 


Can I return SALE items?

All sale category items are non-returnable and not-refundable. No exceptions will be made for fragrance, color or similar issues. If you have any questions or concerns about any sale products, please reach out to us before placing your order.


Can I exchange an item from my order?

Exchanges are available in the case of a faulty product, or with our one time ‘find what you love’ exception. Faulty product is rarely a problem for our company, but in the rare circumstance that we have a problematic batch, we will replace the product with the same product from another batch immediately. 


When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund request as soon as possible. Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

Return Shipping Fee

Camille Beckman charges a flat shipping rate of $6 for return shipping.   To make it easy for you, we will send you a shipping label once you request your return, and you can put your return in your mailbox or hand it to your USPS driver.  All returns are done through the United States Postal Service; that means no trips to the UPS store! 


Customs Fee/Import Duties

Customs fees and duties are non-refundable. We are not able to process any modification to your order while the package is with customs. If you have concerns about potential customs fees and duties, we recommend you reach out to us before placing an order.
